After Sales Service
If there is a problem / inoperability / malfunction with the product you purchased, we have an after-sales service team who can solve the problem quickly, meet the highest quality standards, and establish an image of excellence and high quality.
Delivery Service
Customers can self collect the goods. Don’t worry if you can’t pick up yourself, as long as the purchase exceeds RM250, we provide free delivery service (KL & Selangor). If from other regions, we can arrange transport (customer pays for shipping).
Training
We provide free training for customers who purchase packages, and the training is conducted by professionals, so that customers can fully understand how to use the product.
Teaching Class
In order to help customers better understand the product, we provide usage teaching. Whether you want to start or grow your business, our teaching will help you succeed.
Provide Business Advice
To help clients start or grow their business, we will provide clients with business advice/solutions/strategies to add to our range of services.
Warranty Provided
We provide 6 months warranty (certain product) to ensure customers’ confidence in us. During the warranty period, we will not charge any fees. This is our integrity to our customers.
